Imperial Studio - Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Imperial Studio. By purchasing any product from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

1. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed through Tebex, our authorised ecommerce and payment provider.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's Terms and Conditions, as Tebex is responsible for payment processing, order fulfilment, licensing, CFX Asset Escrow integration, and digital delivery.

Please note that payments are made directly to Tebex on our behalf. As a result, Imperial Studio cannot assist with payment processing issues, failed transactions, account billing, or CFX key delivery.

2. Licensing

Unless explicitly advertised as Open Source, all Imperial Studio products are protected using CFX Asset Escrow.

Each purchase grants a license for use on a single CFX account only. Assets may be transferred or gifted to another CFX account once only within 28 days of purchase. After a transfer has been completed, ownership is considered final and no additional transfers will be authorised.

Escrow-protected files, including but not limited to model files such as .ydr, .ydd and .yft, remain encrypted and may only be used within the FiveM platform in accordance with CFX's licensing system.

3. Product Updates & Bug Fixes

Every product released by Imperial Studio is thoroughly tested before publication. However, due to the complexity of FiveM servers and other third-party resources, occasional issues may arise.

Where a verified bug exists within one of our products, we will provide fixes within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost. Any future improvements or updates released for purchased products will also be made available free of charge unless otherwise stated.

If you discover a bug, please submit a support ticket through our official Discord server with as much detail as possible so we can investigate the issue efficiently.

4. Installation & Support

Customers are responsible for installing and configuring purchased resources on their own FiveM server.

Before requesting support, please ensure:

• Your server is running a compatible FiveM game build.

• All installation instructions have been followed correctly.

• Any required dependencies have been installed.

Imperial Studio provides reasonable installation guidance and product support; however, we cannot provide complete server setup, scripting, or server development services.

A working knowledge of FiveM server management is expected when purchasing our products.

5. Acceptable Use

All Imperial Studio products are licensed, not sold.

You may not:

• Redistribute or share purchased assets.

• Resell or sublicense any product or its contents.

• Leak, upload, or publicly distribute our files.

• Attempt to bypass, modify, or remove CFX Asset Escrow protection.

• Claim any Imperial Studio product as your own work.

Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your license key without refund and may lead to further action, including permanent blacklisting from future purchases and, where appropriate, DMCA & legal enforcement.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digitally delivered products, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind.

• Accidental purchases.

• Lack of knowledge regarding FiveM or server development.

• Incompatibility caused by third-party resources or server configurations.

• Failure to read the product description before purchase.

Refunds will only be considered where a product contains a significant defect that prevents its intended functionality and Imperial Studio is unable to provide a suitable fix within a reasonable period.

Eligibility for any refund remains entirely at Imperial Studio's discretion and, where applicable, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Un-authorised chargebacks may result in CFX actioning the following:

• Permanent suspension of your CFX account.

• Revocation of access to purchased products/keys/licenses.

• Blacklisting from future purchases.

• Additional action through Tebex or the relevant payment provider where appropriate.

8. Changes to These Terms

Imperial Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

The latest published version will always apply to future purchases and continued use of our products.
