IMPERIAL STUDIO TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing digital products from this website you accept and agree to Tebex's Terms & Conditions as they are selling platform/vendor, and the selling platform/vendor handles the billing, licensing and file delivery (via CFX Portal), or any issues related to that. (You are directly paying Tebex, not us). You also agree to our user agreement as outlined below. We DO NOT sell any of our MLO's without cfx escrow encryption (unless package is specified as 'open-source'). Purchased assets will be exclusive to your CFX account OR to another single CFX account that you may choose to transfer/gift your purchase to. Please note, ASSETS CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERED ONCE and main asset files (typically .ydr & .ydd) will remain cfx-escrow locked and are for use with FiveM only!

TLDR; If you need help with your CFX keys or all things payment related, these can ONLY be resolved with Tebex directly as they are the vendor of our products, as we have no control over CFX keys, you will need to contact Tebex support here: TEBEX SUPPORT

IMPERIAL STUDIO USER AGREEMENT

All of our products are rigorously tested however bugs may occur from time to time. Bug fixes if/when they arise on all products will be addressed in a timely manner and included for free, as well any future updates we make to any existing MLO's. If you come across bugs any please let us know via a support ticket in our discord and these will be fixed/resolved in a reasonable time frame.

By making any purchase with us, it is YOUR responsibility to install it on your server, please check your servers gamebuild and make sure it is running at least  2372 (mptuner). If it still does not work you have most likely done something wrong. We can provide basic assistance within reason, HOWEVER, it is your responsibility to understand how a FiveM Server works.

Finally we are a professional business so do the right thing and PLEASE DO NOT share/leak/resell our hard work, you will be blacklisted, and we WILL take appropriate action required!

**PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF PRODUCTS SOLD BEING DIGITAL PRODUCTS, THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY UNFORTUNATELY. 

Chargebacks trying to circumvent this will only result in Tebex banning your account.

*The only condition to be eligible for a refund of purchase will be under the condition of a major product failure on OUR end.
