*PLEASE NOTE: This package is for the perimeter wall and gates only. No Ranch MLO interior is included. Please allow 10-15 mins for asset to arrive to your CFX PORTAL

This package comes with 2 variations of the compound wall. A 'HIGH' version (near impossible to get over) and a 'LOW' version which allows for people to climb on vans to vault over (More RP server friendly). When using this asset you must choose one or the other. Instructions are included in a readme txt file.

This wall was specially designed for a RP server who already had a nice La Fuente Blanca ranch MLO, but didn't include a perimeter fence. It was designed in similar styling to the Cayo Perico mansion brick wall fence with ELECTRIFIED barbed-wire along the top transforming the ranch into a fortress.

Features:

• Fully custom made fence in one piece (not placed pieces in a ymap)
• Static primitive poly-box collisions for the whole fence and gates for the best optimization/ lowest polys
• 4 entries/exits with gates
• 'HIGH' version is near impossible to breach, gates and fence posts are non-climbable and barbed-wire is electrified to player, 'LOW' version is much more RP server friendly and able to be vaulted over from the top of a van.
• Front gate logo (+ all other textures) are easily changed in the .YTD file.
• Works with mostly* all La Fuente Blanca Ranch mlos with little effort.

*PLEASE consider before purchase: This package contains the 2 vanilla .ymap files that surround the Ranch, so they may conflict when the walls are used with some Ranch MLO's, its up to you to merge these into a single version of each to suit. Unfortunately we are not responsible to fix/merge this for you as its impossible to accommodate for every other creators MLO in this location. (The 2 modified .ymaps basically just remove the front side white and brown breakable fence) Please refrain from making tickets asking us to do this for you.

However we do provide pre-made modified versions of these 2 ymaps to suit Artex/Quitells 'MexicanMafia' ranch MLO and the Gravestone Ranch MLO, you can find these for download with instructions on the Imperial Studio Github compatibility repo (See branches).
