The Bighorn Southside Warehouse Club/Bar & Gym is located deep in the cities southside hoods of Rancho and is a key location. It can serve as a major southside community hub/businesses co-op, a private Motorcycle Clubhouse or Street gang hideout compound with its broad range of amenities.

• Full fighting and Weight lifting Gym with workout equipment (Gym benches will work with gym scripts) and a MMA fighting ring.

• VERY HIGHLY OPTIMISED MLO! We know Southside can be a troublesome area in a lot of servers so this build has had significant optimisation to prevent any FPS drops.

The Bighorn is ideal for your MC/Street Gang compound or even as a legitimate business co-op venture. This Interior is designed for exclusively for FiveM servers running gamebuild 2372 or higher.

Note: YDR models are CFX asset encrypted, however the YTYP, YMAP & YTD (Texture) files remain unlocked for personalization.

What can be changed in the YTD texture files: All exterior and interior logos on the building, gates, meeting table and garage floor. All Interior and Exterior graffiti murals, exterior billboard, pool floor logo, MMA ring logo. The coloured trim around the building and exterior windows and Garage Doors colour (eg. Can be made yellow to Suit Vagos gang for example). All of the artwork seen in the framed paintings throughout the interior can be changed. As well as interior wall and floor textures.

PLEASE consider before purchase if you have any other custom MLO's in the same area, you may experience conflicts with collision, occlusion and/or ymap files. Unfortunately we are not responsible to fix/merge this for you as its impossible to accommodate for every other creators MLOs in this area to combine the Bighorn files with theirs. Installation: Simply drag and drop the unzipped package folder into the server resources folder, and start the resource in your server.cfg file. In addition to this make sure your server version is at least 5181 or greater (To work with the cfx encryption), and ensure you are running your server on at least gamebuild 2372 or later (Earlier builds may also work but are not recommended as some props will not appear) This MLO build has also been highly optimized.

Total package Size is 64mb (Most textures, Paintings and graffiti murals are at 1024px resolution currently so overall file size can be reduced significantly by downscaling these)
